Hello and thank you for visiting my website.Â I have been a licensed real estate agent since 1993.Â Prior to becoming an agent, I purchased and managed several small investment properties.Â Buying and selling these various investment propertiesÂ is what first peeked my interest in becoming an agent.Â I obtained my license and never looked back!Â I have had a very successful career and greatly value the clients and friends I have met over the years.Â

One of my specialty areas is small investment properties.Â I very much enjoy teaching and spending time with first time investors.Â I want to make sure the investment is a good one and, because of this, the majority of my clients are repeat clients who have sent me many referrals over the years.Â

I am a graduate of Wayzata High School and St. Cloud State University.Â I have been married to my wife, Sue, since 1981.Â Coincidentally, Sue is my Licensed Assistant and has been since 1999.Â We reside in Western Hennepin County.Â

Besides selling real estate and managing my own small investment properties, I spend my time flying my Airborne Classic 582 ultralight trike.Â When the sky is calm and you are in Western Hennepin or Wright County and see a motorized two-seater pod with a hanglider wingÂ flying around above you, that could be me!
